Gyan and Company is a renowned audit firm in Nepal, established on 15 August 1996 (2053 Shrawan 31). Initially, the firm was named G.K. Shrestha & Company and was registered with the Office of the Auditor General. In 1997, under the Chartered Accountants Act, the firm was re-registered as Gyan and Company with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).
The principal proprietor of the firm, Mr. Gyan Krishna Shrestha, is a Registered Auditor with a B-class auditor license. He also holds an auditing license from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
